Vasek Pospisil BACKS Novack Djokovic TO WIN Australian Open 2023.
Canadian tennis player Vasek Pospisil has tipped Novak Djokovic to win the men’s title at the Australian Open.
Last year, Djokovic was deported due to his refusal to accept Australia’s covid-19 vaccine mandate, but Pospisil believes any off-court problems will not affect the 21-time Grand Slam winner.
The world number 94 believes that either Ons Jabeur or Aryna Sabalenka will be crowned champion in ‘a competitive women’s draw’.
Pospisil also said he hopes home favourite Nick Kyrgios will have a long run in Melbourne, because of the excitement he brings to tennis.
