Former Chelsea and West Ham legend, Joe Cole, has called Declan Rice an ‘outstanding midfielder’ and explained that it’s ‘human nature’ for him to be looking at his options.
Cole claims to have ‘walked in his shoes’ and understand that seeing your colleagues winning trophies can make a player want to achieve the same things.
He added that players like Mason Mount, Phil Foden and James Maddison have won trophies while Rice still as yet hasn’t.
