Dirk Nowitzki SAYS LeBron James is BETTER than Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Michael Jordan.
The Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki said that when LeBron James overtakes Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time NBA scoring record, he may also overtake Michael Jordan as the greatest of all time.
Nowitzki, who was speaking after the Mavericks immortalised him with the unveiling of a statue in his honour, was asked for his GOAT comparison as Dallas beat the Los Angeles Lakers 124-115 on Christmas Day.
LeBron, who scored 38 points at Dallas, now has 37,758 career points with Abdul-Jabbar’s record standing at 38,387, and is on pace to break the record within the next seven weeks.
