Brian Lara CONFIDENT Brook will live up to expensive price tag.
Sunrisers Hyderabad head coach Brian Lara believes that England batsman Harry Brook will not be pressured by his record-setting Indian Premier League deal.
The 23-year-old has become the most expensive specialist batsman to be picked up in an IPL mini-auction, pocketing around £1.3m.
Lara said that Brook’s experience in the Pakistan Super League and playing Test match cricket in the subcontinent will help him adapt quickly to conditions.
Mumbai Indian co-owner Akash Ambani was overjoyed in picking up Australian all-rounder Cameron Green for approximately £1.75m.
