Kevin Stefanski, Nick Chubb, Denzel Ward & Jeremiah EXCITED for Watson’s DEBUT
Controversial Cleveland Browns quarterback, Deshaun Watson, is set to make his debut for the franchise on Sunday, following an 11-game suspension.
Watson was handed the punishment after 24 allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him by female massage therapists.
23 of those cases were settled by the quarterback earlier this year, and now he’s set to play his first competitive game since January 2021.
His head coach, Kevin Stefanski, remained tight-lipped on Wednesday about whether Watson will play against his former team, the Houston Texans, this weekend.
Browns players have been supportive of their new QB, with running back Nick Chubb saying the team are ‘excited’ for the return of the 27-year-old.
