Thousands of fans arrive at the Khalifa Stadium in Doha on Saturday, December 17 for the World Cup third-place play-off match between Morocco and Croatia.

Morocco became the first African and Arab country to reach the semi-finals of the World Cup before losing to defending champion France (2-0).

Croatia was beaten by Argentina in their semi-final (3-0), missing the opportunity to reach the World Cup final for the second edition in a row.
