Nick Kyrgios ready for ‘INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT’ mixed gender United Cup.
As 2022 comes to an end, the new tennis season is hotting up in Australia this month.
Starting on December 29, Australia hosts the United Cup, a mixed-gender tournament featuring some of the world’s best male and female players.
Australian star, Nick Kyrgios, said he’s excited to be a part of the tournament on home soil, as the competition takes place in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.
Kyrgios, who was runner-up at Wimbledon last July, said that he believes Australian tennis is striving at the moment.
The first grand slam tournament of 2023, the Australian Open, begins on January 17.
