Tom Brady could’ve PLAYED until he was 50 – Rob Gronkowski.
Former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski insists he believes Tom Brady could’ve gone on playing until he was 50 years old.
Gronk, who won four Super Bowl rings with Brady in Foxborough and Tampa, admitted he was surprised by the 45-year-old’s decision to retire.
But now that Brady has officially called it quits on his historic career for a second time, his friend doesn’t think he’ll change his mind again.
Gronkowski said he’d love to be offered a one-day contract to retire as a Patriot, but thinks that’s only an offer being afforded to his former quarterback.
